摘要
本实验室通过静态配气装置将水中甲醛溶液标准物质配制成标准气体,对甲醛气体检测仪进行示值误差测量。本文考察了校准过程中的各个环节,分析了甲醛气体检测仪示值误差的测量不确定度来源,对甲醛气体检测仪示值误差的测量不确定度进行评价。
Different concentrations of formaldehyde standard gas were produced through a static distribution device with formaldehyde in water,for measuring indicated error of formaldehyde gas detector.The sources of measurement uncertainty of formaldehyde gas analyzers indication error were analyzed in the calibration process based on static distribution method,then the measurement uncertainty was evaluated.
