社会治理视角下的乡村空间博弈——以浙江“村留地”流转为例

The Game of Rural Space from the Perspective of Social Governance:Taking the Circulation of“Village Reserved Land”in Zhejiang Province as an Example

土地流转过程是一个权益生成和空间关系生产的过程。通过对浙江省W村“村留地”流转后有效治理现象的研究发现,“村留地”的土地之争是不同主体(村委、开发商、村民)在空间实践基础上空间表象的建构与冲突,以及村委(权力主体)、开发商(利益主体)、村民(权益主体)三方的空间博弈。这一过程反映了农村空间社会多维协同治理的逻辑要求,为农村空间治理提供了思路。

The process of land circulation is a process of rights generation and spatial relationship production.Through the analysis and research on the phenomenon of effective governance after the transfer of“village reserved land”in W Village,Zhejiang Province,it is found that the land dispute of“village reserved land”is based on space practice by different subjects(village committee,developer,villagers).The construction and conflict of representation,as well as the spatial game of the village committee(the subject of power),the developer(the subject of interest),and the villagers(the subject of interest).This process reflects the logical requirements of multi-dimensional coordinated governance of rural space society,and provides ideas for rural space governance.
