钨极氩弧焊热输入与面积稀释率关系的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统热输入、功率比公式存在不够细化等不足,采用公式推导、材料热物理性能计算等手段,对钨极氩弧焊(Gas Tungsten Arc Welding,GTAW)焊接热输入与面积稀释率的关系进行了研究,初步建立了基于焊接热输入预测镍基合金焊缝稀释率的公式,并进行了试验验证。利用公式推导,得到利用有效热输入Q_(eff)预测稀释率的公式δ_(area-pre)=[μ_(m)(Q_(eff)-Q_(fm))/μ_(m)(Q_(eff)-Q_(fm))+Q_(fm)]×100%。计算等效面积A_(fm-calc)与实际测量结果A_(fm-test)基本一致,利用不同焊接速度下试验结果反推计算出熔化系数μ_(m)=0.12±0.03,试验验证结果表明,预测的稀释率与测量结果误差在±5%以内,吻合度较好。 There are shortcomings in traditional formulas for heat input and power ratio,such as insufficient refinement.The relation between welding heat input and area dilution ration for Gas Tungsten Arc Welding(GTAW)was studied by the methods of formula derivation,thermophysical properties calculation and experiment validation,etc.,the formula for dilution ratio of nickel base alloy welds predicted based on welding heat input was established preliminarily and was verified by tests.The dilution prediction formulaδ_(area-pr)e=[μ_(m)(Q_(eff)-Q_(fm))/μ_(m)(Q_(eff)-Q_(fm))+Q_(fm)]×100%based on effective heat input Q_(eff)was obtained through formula derivation.The calculation results of equivalent area A_(fm-calc)were basically in agreement with the results of actual measurement A fm-test.The melting coefficientμ_(m)=0.12±0.03 was obtained through reverse deduction using experimental results at different welding speeds.Results show that there is a good coincidence with±5%error between predicted results and experimental values.
