摘要
随着互联网技术的迅猛发展,大数据时代为校友工作带来了新的机遇和挑战。本文围绕如何优化提升校友服务体系的问题展开,通过文献研究、实地调研和深度访谈等方法,对比我国“双一流”高校和国际顶尖高校的校友服务项目,分析指出我国高校校友服务体系存在的不足。基于协同理论,提出校友服务体系本质上是一个复杂、开放、动态的系统,其子系统之间存在密切联系和相互作用,只有使各个子系统协调一致,才能实现协同效应和自组织目标。本文构建了校友服务体系的概念模型,并纳入学校校友工作部门、校友总会、校友组织、校友企业等多元主体,提出校友总会应发挥中枢作用,在校友服务体系建设过程中应当注重主体协同、信息协同和过程协同,以期对未来校友服务工作的开展提供借鉴。
With the development of Internet technology,the era of big data has brought new opportunities and challenges for alumni service.This paper focuses on how to optimize and improve the alumni service system.Based on literature research,field research and in-depth interviews,the paper compares the alumni service projects of domestic“double first-class”universities and top international universities,and analyzes the shortcomings of domestic university alumni service system.This paper proposes that the alumni service system is essentially a complex,open and dynamic system based on the synergy theory.There are close connections and interactions among its subsystems,but the goals of synergetic effects and self-organization could only be achieved when the subsystems are coordinated.This paper constructs a conceptual model of the alumni service system,incorporating alumni work department in universities,alumni association,alumni organizations,alumni enterprises,and other multiple subjects.It proposes that the alumni association should play a central role in the system,and that subject coordination,information coordination,and process coordination should be paid special attention to in future work.
