基于哈贝马斯交往行为理论的高校内部主体改善研究

面对高等教育提升教育教学质量的迫切要求,完善高校质量文化建设,重新审视高校内部主体关系的发生和发展是必要且重要的。高校是一个由各类相关行为主体构成的稳定的生态系统,各主体之间既相互联系彼此共生,又相互之间存在一定的冲突和矛盾,个体属性、个体角色存在不合理演绎,个体行为发生存在非合理性发展态势。由于个体之间行为关系直接决定个体行为发生的动机及效果,文章以哈贝马斯交往行为理论作为研究视角,通过分析高校内部主体间关系困境的特点,为改善高校主体关系,建设行为层面的质量文化提出策略和建议。

In the face of the urgent demand of higher education to improve the quality of education,it is necessary and important to re-examine the occurrence and development of the internal subject relationship in Colleges and universities from a macro perspective.There are certain conflicts and contradictions among the subjects in Colleges and universities,and there are unreasonable situations in individual attributes,individual roles and individual behaviors.The behavior relationship between individuals directly determines the motivation and effect of individual behavior.Therefore,on the basis of preliminary investigation and research,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the dilemma of the relationship between the subjects in Colleges and universities,and puts forward strategies and suggestions for improving the relationship between the subjects from the perspective of Habermas'theory of communicative behavior.
