Construction and Thinking of Library’s Socialized Service Team Based on the Perspective of Rural Revitalization——Through Taking the Regional Library of Hebei Province as an Example

以河北省地区图书馆为例,对乡村振兴视域下图书馆社会化服务人才队伍建设进行探究。分析了图书馆乡村振兴服务发展现状,并从职能定位、体系建设及机制建设展开探讨,以推动图书馆文化志愿服务工作的快速发展。

Through taking the regional library of Hebei Province as an example,the research explores the library’s socialized service team based on the perspective of rural revitalization,analyzes the development situation of rural revitalization service of the library.Then the research explores the function positioning,system construction and mechanism construction to promote the rapid development of library cultural volunteer services.
