摘要
对新时代背景下民办应用型本科高校教学督导工作思路进行重构,发现了教学督导工作存在的主要问题:督导机制不健全,缺乏系统的全面设计;督导内容缺乏创新,督导方式方法单一;重视督教轻视督学,督导工作存在偏颇;督导信息化渠道不通畅,缺乏跟踪反馈机制。对此,要完善听评课制度和教学督导制度,改革创新教学督导的方式方法,加强三级教学督导队伍建设,提高督导人员素养,加强教学督导平台信息化建设,畅通教学督导沟通反馈渠道。
The research reconstructs the thinking of the teaching supervision of private application-oriented university under the background of the new era,and finds out the problems of teaching supervision,i.e.imperfect supervision mechanism,and lack of systematic comprehensive design;lack of supervision content innovation,and simple supervision method;attention of teaching supervision,lack of the attention of learning supervision,the biased supervision;unobstructed supervision information channel,lack of feedback mechanism.Therefore,it is suggested to perfect the class evaluation mechanism,reform the innovation teaching supervision,strengthen the three-level teaching supervision team construction,improve supervisory personnel literacy,strengthen the information construction of teaching supervision platform,and unblock the feedback channel of teaching supervision communication.
