大学生思政教育视角下辅导员协同育人策略分析

Analysis of Counselor Cooperation Education Strategy Under the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education of College Students

探讨大学生思政教育视角下辅导员协同育人策略。高校辅导员广泛参与学生的日常生活,对学生情况较为了解,与各学科教师联系紧密,具有协同育人优势。提出高校辅导员协同育人应坚持以学生为中心的理念,强化辅导员的个人素养,建立科学的辅导员管理模式,并且提出协同育人推进辅导员与任课教师协同育人机制建设、加强辅导员与任课教师的激励政策、引入网络化育人途径的策略。

The research explores the counselor cooperation education strategy under the perspective of ideological education of college students.Counselors of the college widely participate in the daily life of the students.They have the advantages in cooperation education,because they know the student situation,and connect with the teachers of all majors closely.Then the research proposes that we should adhere to the concept of student as the center,improve the individual literacy of the counselors,and establish scientific counselor management mode in counselor cooperation education in the college.The strategies are proposed,i.e.to promote the cooperation education mechanism construction of the counselors and the teachers,strengthen the incentive policy of counselors and teachers,and introduce network education pathway.
