Research on the System Construction of National Fire Commander Modular Training and Standardized Vocational Qualification

本文通过探讨国家消防指挥员模块化培训和标准化任职资质认证考核制度的性质和定位,分析建立该制度体系对于建设正规化、专业化、职业化消防救援队伍的重要作用,提出模块化培训和标准化任职资质认证考核的内容、实施程序,以及逐步推进建立该体系的具体措施。以期通过推动建立该体系,逐步提高我国消防指挥员的正规化、专业化、职业化水平。

By discussing the nature and orientation of the modular training and standardized qualification certification for national fire commanders,this paper analyzes the important role of this system in the construction of regularized and professional fire rescue team.This paper puts forward the contents and implementation procedures of modular training and standardized qualification certification and assessment,as well as specific measures to gradually promote the establishment of the system.It is hoped that the level of normalization,specialization and professionalization of the fire commanders in China can be gradually improved by this system.
