摘要
本文从国内“全灾种、大应急”新任务、新疆各类灾害事故实际等方面,结合乌鲁木齐市特勤消防队伍训练与实战标准有差异、专业队伍建设力度不强、与地方救援队联动机制不够三个短板,探讨加强和改进乌鲁木齐市特勤队伍现代化、职业化、专业化、精细化、多元化建设。
The actual training of special firefighting force in Urumqi cannot meet the standard.The fire protection team is not professional enough.The linkage mechanism with local rescue teams has not been established yet.Based on the“Comprehensive Disaster Rescue and Response”in China,different kinds of disasters in Xinjiang,and the three shortages mentioned above,this paper discusses how to strengthen and improve the modernization,professionalization,specialization,refinement and diversification of the special firefighting force in Urumqi.
