Squadron of CAPF Internal Security Force in Handling Hazardous Chemical Aaccidents:Taking the“11·6”Poisoning Incident in Harbin as an Example

武警内卫总队防化中队作为属地应急力量,承担着核生化事故处置支援任务。但由于力量编制小、专业装备缺,在快速到位、组织指挥、专业处置、协调保障等方面存在诸多问题,应从预案建设、专业队伍、装备保障、训练演习等方面入手,全面提升武警防化中队处置危化品事故的能力水平。

The chemical-accident-prevention squadron of CAPF Internal Security Force,as a territorial emergency force,undertakes the task of nuclear,biological and chemical accidents disposal.However,due to the small number of staff and lack of professional equipment,many problems still exist in the following aspects including deployment,organization,command,disposal,coordination and support.In order to comprehensively improve the ability to respond to hazardous chemical accidents,we should start with the pre-arranged planning,talent development,equipment support and daily training.
