摘要
以本科院校中的机械设计和制造专业为研究对象,分析专业特点并结合当前最新的AR/VR技术,尝试将AR/VR技术配合专业定制化开发的软件系统分别应用于课堂教学和工程实训学习中,使得整个教学和学习过程处于虚拟环境或虚实结合的环境中。同时,针对机械制造技术和数控加工课程给出适用于不同应用场景的多种AR/VR解决方案。通过将AR/VR技术引入课堂教学和工程实践学习环节,可以显著提高学生的学习兴趣和学习效率,并可通过某个点的课程学习改革带动并改进整个专业的教学方法,为本科院校机械制造专业以及相关专业进行新的技术引导下的教学改革提供了一条可行的思路。
This paper takes the mechanical manufacturing major in undergraduate college as the research object,and the major charac-teristics are analyzed,combining the latest AR/VR virtual reality and augmented reality technol ogy,AR/VR technology and professional software system are applied to classroom teaching and engineering practice learning respectively.The teaching and learning process are completed in the virtual environment or the combination of virtual and real environment.The course of mechanical manufacturing tech-nology and CNC machine are taken as examples for diff erent appli-cati on scenarios of a variety of solutions.By introducing AR/VR technology in to teaching and practice,students’interest in learning and learning effi ciency could be enhanced signifi cantly,and the teaching method of the whole major can be improved,which also pro-vides a feasible idea for the teaching reform of mechanical manufac-turing and related majors in undergraduate colleges.
