大数据背景下青岛高校留学生档案信息化管理研究

Archives Management of International Students in Qingdao Universities under the Background of Big Data

针对青岛高校来华留学生档案管理工作存在的信息化管理问题,本文运用采集归纳方法,收集青岛高校来华留学生相关管理数据,归纳分析所存在的问题,并采用信息化实体-联系模型(entity-relationship model,E-R),对来华留学生档案全档案信息化管理进行系统建模。研究结果表明,该系统全面提高了工作效率和水平,提升对该类档案的全局采控能力,打破了系统间的壁垒,消除了信息孤岛,实现各类数据共享和联动,最大程度帮助工作人员缓解重复性机械工作的压力,降低人为因素导致工作失误的几率,实现来华留学工作大数据的统计、分析、提示和预警,精准反映部门工作整体运行状态。该研究对来华留学生档案信息系统建设具有一定的应用价值。

In view of the information management problems existing in the archives management of international students in Universities of Qingdao,this paper uses the method of collection and induction to collect the relevant management data,summarizes and analyzes the existing problems.This paper makes a system modeling for the information management of international students′Archives in China by using the entity-relationship(E-R)model.The results show that this system comprehensively improves the work efficiency and level,improves the overall acquisition and control ability of this kind of archives,breaks the barriers between systems,eliminates the information island,realizes all kinds of data sharing and linkage,helps the staff to alleviate the pressure of repetitive mechanical work to the greatest extent,and reduces the probability of work errors caused by human factors.Meanwhile,it could realize the statistics,analysis,prompt and early warning of big data of studying in China,and accurately reflect the overall operation status of the relevant administration department.This research has a certain application value for the construction of the archive information system of international students in China.
