三主桁钢桁拱桥合龙口微调装置设计与应用 被引量:1

摘要 以436 m的三主桁中承式六跨连续钢桁拱桥明珠湾大桥为研究背景,通过建立全桥有限元模型进行敏感性分析,研究大桥合龙口调节措施的有效性,提出设计一种纵向新型微调装置,以满足合龙口纵向微调,达到大桥"零误差"合龙的条件。计算分析结果与应用效果显示,采用Q370钢材通过不同厚度钢板利用正交熔透焊组合的方法形成整体结构,可以满足250 t顶拉力需要;合龙时通过先粗调至10~15 mm时再采用微调装置调整效果良好,可以满足多点同步合龙的需要,提高了合龙施工效率与经济效益,该微调装置结构设计与使用方法对同类桥梁合龙施工具有借鉴意义,并有望推广。 Taking the 436 m Mingzhu Bay three-main truss mid-supported six-span continuous steel truss arch bridge as the research background,through establishment of full bridge finite element model for sensitivity analysis,the effectiveness of bridge final closure adjustment measures is studied,and a new type of longitudinal new micro-adjustment device is proposed to meet the longitudinal micro adjustment of the closure and achieve the condition of"zero error"closure of the bridge.The calculation result and application effect show that:Q370 steel is used to form an overall structure through orthogonal penetration welding combination of steel plates of different thicknesses,which can meet the needs of 250 t top tension;when the final closure is closed,the adjustment effect is good through rough adjusting to 10~15 mm and then using microadjustment device,it can meet the needs of multi-point synchronous closing and improve the efficiency and economic benefits of the closing construction,the structural design and use method of the micro-adjustment device has reference significance for the closing construction of similar bridges,and is expected to be popularized.
