高铁40 m预制箱梁整体内模自驱系统技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 近几年,我国研发的高速铁路40 m预应力混凝土简支箱梁得以推广应用,伴随桥梁设计技术的进步,高铁建造及装备制造技术也逐渐提高。结合新建江苏南沿江城际铁路40 m预应力混凝土简支箱梁的预制施工,对箱梁内模行走方式进行设计技术研究,在传统的箱梁整体液压内模的基础上研发了一种自驱系统,可有效提高箱梁内模施工作业速度,安装和拆除时间由原来的80 min缩短到了20 min,安全性和经济性也得到了提高。到目前为止已经成功应用112榀箱梁的预制施工。 In recent years,the 40 m prestressed concrete simply-supported box girder of high-speed railway developed in our country has been popularized and applied.With the progress of bridge design technology,the construction technology of high-speed railway has been gradually improved.In this paper,combined with the prefabrication construction of 40 m prestressed concrete simply-supported box girder of newly-built Jiangsu South Riverside intercity railway,the design technology of box girder internal mold walking mode is studied.Based on the traditional integral hydraulic internal mold of box girder,a self driving system is developed,which can effectively improve the construction speed of internal mold of box girder,shorten the installation and removal time from the original 80 min to 20 min,and improve the safety and economy.Up to now,112 box girders have been successfully prefabricated.
