盾构无试推穿越建构筑物始发施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 盾构始发端头井临近既有建构筑物时,需要对其房屋基础及结构地面加固或采用管幕超前加固等措施。本文以无锡某地铁盾构区间为例,盾构始发端头井上方既有老旧房屋,盾构穿越时,房屋正常使用,无法对其做加固措施;而房屋距离较近,盾构也无法通过试推试验确定掘进参数,经方案比选采用在盾构始发洞门安装双帘布密封装置及在盾构机中盾径向孔压注克泥效浆液的两道防渗漏等措施,控制房屋沉降,保证盾构始发安全、节约成本及工期,对今后类似工程具有参考借鉴意义。 It is necessary to reinforce the ground of the building foundation and structure or adopt some measures such as pipe-curtain reinforcement in advance when the shaft at the beginning of shield tunneling is near the existing structure.In this paper,taking a metro shield-driven section in Wuxi as an example,there are old buildings above the head shaft of the shield-driven tunnel.When the shield-driven tunnel passes through,the buildings are in normal use and can not be strengthened,the shield machine is also unable to determine the driving parameters through the trial pushing test,and the measures such as installing a double curtain sealing device at the portal of the shield originating tunnel and two anti-seepage measures by injecting mud-effect grout into the radial bore of the shield machine are selected through the comparison of schemes,with a view to controlling the settlement of buildings,ensuring the safety of shield launching and saving cost and time,it has reference significance for similar projects in the future.
