长大空间直线滑轨精调施工技术研究

摘要 火箭橇滑轨是航空工业重要的大型、高精度地面动态模拟试验设施,具有运行速度快、精度要求高、平顺性要求高的特点。针对这些特点,通过施工过程中的实践摸索,利用激光跟踪仪Leica AT402的数据测量分析结果,确定滑轨精调原则,制定科学合理的精调方案,进行滑轨精调作业,从而总结出了适应于火箭橇滑轨精调的施工技术,有效地提高了火箭橇滑轨精调施工的工作效率,降低了施工成本,既保证了火箭橇滑轨的使用要求,又确保了工程的顺利完成,为火箭橇滑轨精调及维护提供了施工依据及指导意义。 Rocket skid slide rail is an important large and high precision ground dynamic simulation test facility in aviation industry.It has the characteristics of fast running speed,high precision requirement and high ride comfort requirement.According to these characteristics,this paper makes use of the data measurement and analysis results of Leica AT402 by laser tracker,determines the principle of slide rail fine adjustment,formulates scientific and reasonable fine adjustment scheme,and carries on the slide rail fine adjustment operation.Thus,the construction technology suitable for the fine adjustment of rocket skid slide rail is summarized,which effectively improves the working efficiency of rocket skid slide rail fine adjustment construction,reduces the construction cost,not only ensures the use requirement of rocket skid slide rail,but also guarantees the smooth completion of the project.It provides construction basis and guiding significance for the fine adjustment and maintenance of rocket skid slide rail.
