摘要
石墨/磷酸铁锂电池具有寿命较长、原料来源广、成本较低等优点,是用作储能电池的优秀候选者。然而,由于活性锂消耗造成的不可逆容量损失是制约磷酸铁锂电池使用寿命的关键因素。预锂化技术通过添加一定量的活性锂来补偿锂离子电池使用过程中对可循环活性锂的消耗,使其与正常磷酸铁锂电池相比,在相同循环次数或存储条件下能够获得更高的容量和能量,以达到延长电池使用寿命的目的。以采用阳极预锂化技术的石墨/磷酸铁锂电池为研究对象,研究影响锂补偿电池寿命衰减的关键因子,探究电极结构变化对电池容量衰减的影响。
With the advantages of long life,wide source of raw materials and low cost,graphite/LiFePO4(LFP)lithiumion batteries(LiBs)are excellent candidates for energy storage.However,the irreversible capacity loss caused by the consumption of activated Li+is a key factor restricting the service life of LFP batteries.Prelithiation technology compensates the consumption of activated Li+during the use of LiBs by adding a certain amount of activated Li+,so as to obtain higher capacity and energy under the same cycle number or service life than normal LFP batteries,achieving the aim of extending the service life.In this work,graphite/LFP batteries with anode prelithiation technology were token as the research object,discussing the key factors affecting the life attenuation of lithium compensation core,and exploring the influence of electrode structure changes on battery capacity attenuation.
