基于炸药单耗对矿石机械破磨能耗影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 露天开采中爆破工序对选矿机械破磨能耗影响率较大,为研究炸药单耗对后续机械破磨能耗的影响,在露天某矿北采区开展小台阶爆破试验,随着炸药单耗的增大,矿石的爆破块度总体呈现出减小的趋势;从不同炸药单耗爆区的碾磨试验可以看出,随着炸药单耗的增大,机械破碎效率逐渐提高,但提高趋势逐渐变缓,当炸药单耗大于一定值时,矿石的碾磨效率基本不变。 In open-pit mine,the grinding energy consumption is affected by blasting operation efficiently.In order to study the influence of single consumption of explosive on mechanical grinding energy consumption,small step blasting test was carried out in north mining area of Anqian open-pit,and results show that the blasting lumpiness of ore decreases with the increase of the single consumption of explosive;As can be seen from the grinding experiments in different blasting zones,the grinding efficiency gradually increases with the increase of the single consumption of explosives,but the trend of improvement gradually slows down.When the single consumption of explosives is greater thana certain value,the grinding efficiency of ores is basically unchanged.
