摘要
为了明确不同环境因素对铅合金中银含量测定结果的影响,提出铅合金中银含量的测定研究。采用普析火焰原子吸收分光光度法进行测定实验,实验中共设置8个组别,首先分别对相同质量的铅合金实验材料进行消解处理,分别将加入不同量的强酸复合溶液,观察银元素的测定结果的变化情况,实验结果表明,一定程度上的酸度变化会促进银元素的测定结果的升高,当达到一定极限值时,银元素的测定结果不会随着酸度的提高而增加,实验材料中银元素的含量为1650μg/g。同时,经过静置的析出测定结果开始降低,在静置的第3-5天内最为明显。
In order to clarify the influence of different environmental factors on the determination results of silver content in lead alloy,a study on the determination of silver content in lead alloy was proposed.Eight groups were set up in the experiment.Firstly,the same mass of lead alloy was digested,and different amount of strong acid compound solution was added to observe the change of determination results of silver,The change of acidity to a certain extent will promote the increase of the determination result of silver.When it reaches a certain limit value,the determination result of silver will not increase with the increase of acidity.The content of silver in the experimental material is 1650μg/g.At the same time,the precipitation test results after standing began to decrease,which was most obvious in the 3rd-5th day of standing.
