摘要
采用粉末压片法,建立了波长色散X荧光光谱法测定金属化阳极板硫的分析方法,采用实际样品作为标准样品绘制工作曲线,考察了样品磨样时间、样品粒度、压样机压力、基体干扰对样品结果的影响。结果表明,在磨样时间为120s、样品粒度为150目、压样机压力为30t的制样条件下进行样品制备。硫采用经验系数法和镍基体校正法绘制工作曲线,消除基体干扰。对同一样品进行精密度测试,各组分的相对标准偏差RSD在0.68%~1.17%之间,测定了21个样品,所得结果与常规化学分析方法测定值相符。
A method for the determination of sulfur in metallized anode plate by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(WDXRF)was established by powder compression method.The working curve was drawn with the actual sample as the standard sample,and the effects of sample grinding time,sample particle size,sample pressure and matrix interference on the sample results were investigated.The results showed that the sample was prepared under the conditions of 120s sample grinding time,150 mesh sample size and 30t sample pressure.The working curve was drawn by empirical coefficient method and nickel base correction method to eliminate matrix interference.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of each component was between 0.68%and 1.17%for the same sample.21 samples were determined,and the results were consistent with those determined by conventional chemical analysis method.
