摘要
本文研究了交叉轧制变形态高纯Cu-0.8at%Mn合金的显微组织和织构。结果显示,该6N(纯度99.9999%)CuMn合金(100)和(110)晶面择优取向,小角度晶界占比达76%。
In this paper,the microstructure and texture of high purity cu-0.8at%Mn alloy with cross rolling deformation have been studied.The results show that the(100)and(110)crystal planes of the 6N(99.9999%)cumn alloy are oriented preferentially,and the proportion of small angle grain boundary is 76%.
