金川二矿区盲副井井筒施工工艺优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 金川二矿区盲副井工程是深部开采工程700m中段2023年全面投产后毛石提升和进风的主要通道,因井筒断面大,施工过程中产生的大量毛石严重影响井筒的施工速度,为解决这一难题,本文通过研究该井筒目前施工现状,结合周围现有工程,提出在井筒和钻孔硐室贯通处布置稳车悬吊下滑模板,针对硐室的布置及硐室与井筒链接合茬施工工艺制定详细的施工方法和施工安全措施等,通过优化施工方案提高了井筒施工效率,确保盲副井能够按期投入使用。 Jinchuan second mining area of blind during project is 700 m deep mining project midway through 2023 main channels of rubble to ascend HeJinFeng after full production,because of the shaft section,the construction process of a large number of rubble to seriously affect the construction speed of shaft,in order to solve this problem,this article through studies the current situation of shaft current,and combined with the surrounding existing engineering,puts forward well versed in the wellbore and drilling cavern decorate a steady decline in car suspension template,in the light of the layout of cavern and cavern and wellbore stubble link in construction process of detailed construction methods and construction safety measures,etc.,through optimizing construction scheme to improve the efficiency of shaft construction,Ensure that the blind auxiliary shaft can be put into use on schedule.
