摘要
近年来,随着国内氧化铝产业的高速发展,铝土矿资源过度开发,国内铝土矿供应量日趋紧缺、矿石品位大幅下降。大量氧化铝企业开始使用进口低温矿石作为生产原料。受矿石特性和生产工艺的影响,部分氧化铝企业由国产高温矿转换为进口低温矿生产过程中,出现了大量的问题,本文以中国北方某氧化铝企业生产实例,对进口低温矿冬季存储、输送等方面存在的问题进行探讨,提出解决措施。
In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic alumina industry and over exploitation of bauxite resources,the supply of domestic bauxite is becoming increasingly scarce and the ore grade has decreased significantly.A large number of alumina enterprises began to use imported low-temperature ores as raw materials.Due to the influence of ore characteristics and production process,a large number of problems occurred in the production process of some alumina enterprises converting from domestic high-temperature ore to imported low-temperature ore.based on the production example of an alumina enterprise in northern China,this paper discusses the problems existing in the storage and transportation of imported low-temperature ore in winter,and puts forward some solutions.
