摘要
为精准进行提升机首绳调绳、绳槽车削等检修工作,确保每根首绳钢丝绳受力均衡,提高提升系统安全可靠性,通过长期观察研究首绳钢丝绳、绳槽和张力自动平衡装置的工作机理,创新性地提出一套方便、准确、实用的测量方法。该方法利用测量罐笼、箕斗在井口、井底四个位置的张力自动平衡装置油缸行程,反算出首绳绳长偏差和绳槽直径偏差,指导首绳调绳、绳槽车削,保证数据精确,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度。
In order to accurately carry out the elevator first rope adjustment,rope groove turning these maintenance work,ensure that every first rope force equilibrium,improve the system safety reliability of hoisting machine,through longterm observation and research first line of wire rope,wire rope and tension automatic balancing device working mechanism,this paper puts forward a set of innovative convenient,accurate and practical method of measurement.By measuring the cylinder stroke of the tension automatic balance device of cage and skip at four positions of wellhead and bottom of well,the method calculates the first rope length deviation and the rope groove diameter deviation in reverse,instructs the first rope adjustment and rope groove turning,ensures the data accuracy,improves the work efficiency and reduces the labor intensity.
