锡石综合次精矿再磨设备节能降耗技术改造实践

摘要 针对常规球磨机在锡石综合次精矿再磨流程中存在的磨矿效率低、产品粒度不合格、能耗高、年作业率低等问题;选用了细磨能力突出的立式搅拌磨机作为综合次精矿再磨设备,改造后磨矿产品粒度-0.074 mm、-0.037 mm含量明显提升,有利于提高锡精矿的回收率,实现了节能降耗的目的,创造较好的经济效益和环境效益。 Based on the problems of low grinding efficiency,unqualified product size,high energy consumption,and low annual operation rate in the cassiterite comprehensive secondary concentrate regrinding process of conventional ball mill;A vertical mill with outstanding fine ability is selected as the comprehensive secondary concentrate regrinding equipment,the particle size of-0.074 mm and-0.037 mm of the grinding product are significantly increased after the transformation,which is beneficial to increase the recovery of tin concentrate and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction,create better economic and environmental benefits.As a comprehensive secondary concentrate regrinding equipment,the vertical mill of the company has significantly increased the particle size-0.074 mm and-0.037 mm of the grinding product after the transformation,which is beneficial to increase the recovery rate of tin concentrate and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
