抗战全面爆发以来,为了打破日伪对晋西北抗日根据地的"经济封锁",促进晋西北商业贸易的发展,晋西北革命根据地各级政府在中国共产党的领导之下,采取了一系列旨在保护和鼓励私营商业发展的经济政策。在这些政策的保障下,晋西北地区的私营商业较战前普遍有所增长。中国共产党在晋西北地区实施的私营商业政策,既是马克思主义基本原理同晋西北商业发展实际相结合的具体实践,又是党的抗日民族统一战线在经济领域的生动体现。它的实施为抗日的最终胜利奠定了坚实的物质基础。

Since the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,a series of economic policies adopted by the governments at all levels in the revolutionary base areas in northwestern Shanxi have promoted the development of private businesses in northwestern Shanxi.Its implementation is the vivid embodiment of the Anti-Japanese National United Front of the Party in the economic field,and lays a solid material foundation for the final victory of anti-Japanese war.
