Kung Fu film and television is an important force in the development of Wushu.Kungfu film and television expand the living space of Wushu elites,fill the psychological space of people’s violence instinct hidden in their hearts,bridge the long-standing differences in Wushu,and become an important material and driving force of Wushu network subculture,so as to achieve the return of Wushu life to a certain extent by the organic combination of profit-seeking and authenticity.Wushu film and television not only arrogates but also complements the official Wushu.The development of Wushu needs to seek a balance between rationality/sensibility,popular culture/elite knowledge,and needs constant inspection and criticism from both the folk masses and professional scholars.
