The Influence of the Concept of"Heaven and Man as One"on the Development of Chinese Wushu

以"术道合一"理念对中国武术发展的影响研究为研究对象。以道家学说研究为切入点,通过利用多种研究方法,进而深刻剖析武术发展。首先通过文献资料法,对目前武术的现状有充分的把握,对道家文化有着一定的认识;其次采用专家访谈法对武术及道家有着更深刻的认识,最后通过逻辑分析法得出以下结论:武术教学以武术技艺的体验为基点,以文化引导、体悟学习为路径,以武术素养的养成为终点。而武术套路、武术散打、擒拿应取其精华作为整体纳入到武术教学之中;武术文化下的道家文化表现是为内在的修养,是唤起学生的自我感悟和身体自我意识的觉醒,应以拳悟道,寻找心性的提高与升华。

This article focuses on the research on the influence of the concept of"integration of technique and Dao"on the development of Chinese Wushu.Taking the Taoist theory research as the starting point,through the use of a variety of research methods,the study deeply analyzes the research of Wushu development.Firstly,through the method of literature data,we have a full grasp of the current situation of Wushu and a certain understanding of Taoist culture;secondly,we have a deeper understanding of Wushu and Taoism through the method of expert interviews,and finally draw the following conclusions through logical analysis:Wushu Teaching is based on the experience of Wushu skills,with cultural guidance and comprehension learning as the path,and Wushu accomplishment as the end.The essence of Wushu routines,Wushu Sanda,and grappling should be incorporated into Wushu teaching as a whole;the Taoist cultural performance under Wushu culture is for internal cultivation,arousing students’self-consciousness and the awakening of physical self-consciousness.Fist enlightenment,and seek the harmony between the improvement of the character and the sublimation.
