不同训练频度对儿童体适能锻炼提升及课程优化的实证研究

摘要 为了促进儿童体适能训练的发展,从训练频度的视角关注孩子体质而开展的实证研究。对45名杭州地区儿童(分三组,分别为每周练习2次、1次、无)进行16周的运动干预实验,运用SPSS19.0软件对干预前后体质指标进行分析,得出不同频度的训练效果并进一步优化体适能训练方案。通过结果发现该年龄段儿童体适能锻炼对于其走平衡木、立定跳远、双脚连续跳等有明显的提升效果,其中2次/周的干预效果更佳。建议5周岁左右的儿童体适能锻炼应优先安排每周二次课程计划。 In order to promote the development of children’s physical fitness training,this paper focuses on the empirical research of children’s physical fitness from the perspective of training frequency.A 16-week exercise intervention experiment was conducted on 45 children in Hangzhou area(divided into three groups:2 times per week,1 time per week,and none).SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the physical fitness indexes before and after the intervention,so as to obtain the training effects of different frequencies and further optimize the physical fitness training program.The results showed that the physical fitness exercise of children in this age group had a significant improvement effect on walking the balance beam,standing long jump and continuous double foot jump,among which the intervention effect of two times per week was better.It is suggested that children around the age of 5 should be given priority to arrange physical fitness exercise two times a week.
