摘要
在"碳达峰、碳中和"目标和信息技术新基建的新时代背景下,我国城乡能源系统进入了低碳转型和高质量发展的加速期.低碳能源系统具备"以人需求为本"的物质流、能源流、信息流"交织",在时间、空间维度上的动态网状结构特性,是源、网、站、荷、储一体化构成多元化的"复杂巨系统工程".本文面向城镇和乡村的区域能源系统,从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享新发展理念出发,分析我国低碳能源系统高质量发展所面临的挑战和机遇,并从能效、环境和经济综合评价分析,基于时空大数据的智慧能源互联网系统云平台,能源技术和商业模式创新等综合规划视角,探索适宜我国未来低碳能源系统发展的规划理念和思路.
In the new era of"carbon peak and carbon neutral"target and new information tech no logy infrastructure revolution,China's urban and rural energy system has entered an accelerated period of low-carb on transformation and high-quality development.Low carbon energy system has the dynamic network structure characteristics of"people demand-oricnted"material flow,energy flow and information flow interweaved in time and space dimensions.It will be a diversified"complex giant system project"composed of source,network,station,storage and load.Based on the new development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing,this paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by the high-quality development of low-carbon energy system.Further,to promote the energy planning methods and its technologies suitable for China's future low-carbon energy system,a comprehensive"3E"evaluation method with energy efficiency,environment,and economy,the smart energy internet cloud platform based on space-time big data analysis are present in integrated planning from both energy technology and business model innovation perspectives.
