小儿推拿法联合神阙和中脘穴位贴敷治疗小儿泄泻的临床效果及有效率影响观察

Observation on the clinical effect and effective rate of pediatric massage combined with Shenque and Zhongwan acupoint application in the treatment of diarrhea in children

目的观察小儿推拿法联合神阙、中脘穴位贴敷治疗小儿泄泻的临床效果及有效率。方法选取2019年5月至2020年7月本院收治的60例泄泻患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,各30例。对照组实施小儿推拿法,实验组实施小儿推拿法联合神阙、中脘穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状评分均下降,且观察组症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组大便性质恢复正常时间、大便次数恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌含量均高于治疗前,肠杆菌含量低于治疗前,且实验组乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌含量均高于对照组,肠杆菌低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿法联合神阙、中脘穴位贴敷治疗小儿泄泻,可提高临床有效率,调节肠道菌群平衡,并在短时间内改善临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and effective rate of children’s massage combined with Shenque and Zhongwan acupoint application in the treatment of children with diarrhea.Methods From May 2019 to July 2020,60 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pediatric massage,and the experimental group was treated with pediatric massage combined with Shenque and Zhongwan acupoint application.The clinical effect between the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time for the nature of stool and the number of stools to return to normal in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the contents of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the content of Enterobacter was lower than before treatment.The contents of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the contents of Enterobacter were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric massage combined with Shenque and Zhongwan acupoint application to treat diarrhea in children can improve clinical effectiveness,adjust the balance of intestinal flora,and improve symptoms in a short time.
