针刺联合丙戊酸盐治疗精神发育迟滞伴行为障碍患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with valproate in the treatment of patients with mental retardation and behavioral disorders

目的探究针刺疗法联合丙戊酸盐治疗精神发育迟滞(MR)患者的临床效果。方法选取本院2018年1—12月收治的MR患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗,比较两组患者智商、行为能力、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组患者精细运动评分、社会适应能力及智商评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论传统中医疗法与西医治疗结合可有效改善MR患者的智力水平,提高其社会行为能力,临床疗效显著,并能降低不良反应发生率,未来中西医结合的疗法有望在MR早期诊断及治疗方面取得更大进展。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with valproate on mental retardation(MR)patients.Methods 80 MR patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as reseach subjects and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with sodium valproate sustained-release tablets,the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The IQ,behavioral ability,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the fine motor score,social adaptability and IQ score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can effectively improve the intelligence level of MR patients,improve their social behavior ability,achieve better clinical effect,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.In the future,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are expected to make greater progress in the early diagnosis and treatment of MR.
