弱视训练对屈光不正性弱视患儿视功能的影响

Effect of amblyopia training on visual function of children with ametropia

目的探讨弱视训练对屈光不正性弱视患儿眼调节功能的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2019年6月在本院接受治疗的65例屈光不正性弱视患儿作为临床组,患儿均接受弱视训练,并选取同期在本院进行检查的65名视力正常儿童作为对照组。比较两组治疗前后矫正视力、屈光度和调节功能。结果治疗前,临床组矫正视力、调节幅度、调节灵敏度均显著低于对照组,屈光度和调节滞后量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,临床组矫正视力、调节幅度均明显高于治疗前,屈光度和调节滞后量均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论屈光不正性弱视儿童眼调节功能存在明显异常,且弱视训练有利于改善患儿视功能,提高患儿视力。

Objective To investigate the effect of amblyopia training on eye regulation in children with ametropia.Methods 65 children with ametropia who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the clinical group,and all the children received amblyopia training.65 children with normal vision who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.To compare the corrected visual acuity,diopter and regulation function between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the corrected visual acuity,adjusting amplitude and adjusting sensitivity of the clinical group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the diopter and adjusting lag were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the corrected visual acuity and adjustment amplitude of the clinical group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the diopter and adjustment lag were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion There are obvious abnormalities in eye regulation in children with ametropia,and amblyopia training is beneficial to improve their visual function and improve their visual acuity.
