小麦种质资源萌发吸胀期耐湿性评价及筛选 被引量:1

Verification and Identification of Waterlogging Tolerance at Imbibition Stage in Wheat Germplasm

摘要 为明确小麦种子萌发吸胀期的湿害效应和筛选小麦种子萌发吸胀期耐湿种质,对159份小麦种质资源在萌发吸胀期进行1 d、3 d、5 d和7 d渍水处理,测定了种子浸泡液相对电导率、相对成苗率、相对种子活力指数等指标,并在筛选吸胀期耐湿性鉴定评价的适宜处理时间的基础上,应用主成分分析、动态聚类分析和隶属函数法综合评价了159份小麦品种的吸胀期耐湿性。结果表明,5 d是比较适宜进行耐湿性评价的渍水处理时间;通过主成分分分析,筛选出3个对耐湿性贡献较大的主成分,它们的累计贡献率达92.24%;对159个小麦种质的耐湿性进行动态聚类分析和隶数函数法综合评价,将其分为高耐湿、中度耐湿、不耐湿等3类。其中,周麦27等42份种质为高耐湿材料,涡麦66等53份种质为不耐湿材料。 In order to understand the effect of waterlogging on wheat seed at imbibition stage and screen waterlogging tolerant germplasm,159 wheat germplasms were selected and treated with waterlogging for 1 d,3 d,5 d and 7 d at the first stage of germination.The relative electrical conductivity of seed soaking solution,relative seedling rate and relative seed vigor index were measured.On the basis of selecting the suitable treatment time for the evaluation of waterlogging tolerance at imbibition stage,the principal component analysis,dynamic cluster analysis and subordinate function method were used to comprehensively evaluate the waterlogging tolerance of the 159 wheat varieties.The results showed that 5 d was the most suitable treatment time for the evaluation of waterlogging tolerance.Three principal components were selected by principal component analysis,and their cumulative contribution rate was 92.24%.Based on the dynamic cluster analysis and comprehensive evaluation,the tested materials were divided into three categories:high humidity tolerance,moderate moisture tolerance,and low waterlogging tolerance.Among them,42 materials with high waterlogging tolerance were identified,while 53 materials had low tolerance to waterlogging.
