医疗服务项目区域性比价关系研究

Research on regional price comparison relationship of medical service items

[目的]通过医疗服务价格的区域性比价,为医疗服务价格调整和优化提供一定的参考。[方法]将广东、江苏、浙江等8个省市医疗服务项目规范作为研究对象,采用对比分析法描述性统计分析各省市医疗服务项目价格区域性差异程度。[结果]8个省份中,仅有内蒙古、青海完成了与2012版医疗服务项目的对接工作;医疗服务项目均价最高的是广东省(2362.86元),最低的是福建省,仅为1094.88元;医疗服务项目单价最高的是广东省(40,744元),最低的是湖南省(15,000元)。[结论]各省市执行医疗服务项目规范差异较大;医疗服务价格总体水平差异较大;同项目医疗服务价格存在明显区域性差异。政府应加快各省市医疗服务项目规范与2012版的对接工作,以成本为基础,细化医疗服务价格调整方案,加强医疗服务价格区域协调机制。

Objective To provide a certain reference for the adjustment and optimization of medical service prices through the regional price comparison of medical services.Methods It took medical service items specifications of 8 provinces and cities such as Guangdong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and so on as the research objects,the comparative analysis method was used to descriptively statistically analyze regional difference degree of medical service items prices in each province and city.Results Only Inner Mongolia and Qinghai completed docking work of 2012 edition medical service items in 8 provinces and cities.The highest average price medical service items was in Guangdong Province(2362.86 yuan),the lowest was in Fujian Province(1094.88).The highest unit price of medical service items was in Guangdong Province(40744 yuan),the lowest was in Hunan Province(15000 yuan).Conclusions There is large difference in the implementation of medical service items in each province and city,as well as total level of medical service price.There is obvious regional difference in same item of medical service price.The government should speed up docking work between medical service items specifications of each province and city with 2012 edition,based on the cost,refine the medical service price adjustment plan,and strengthen the regional coordination mechanism of medical service prices.
