梳理我国台湾地区医保支付协议的设置机制,分析各类别协议的适用情境和执行方式,总结得到台湾地区医保支付协议的3个可借鉴特点:从结果出发帮助合理使用医保基金、使用多种执行方式、对协议内容进行保密。然后结合我国大陆地区实际情况,为我国大陆地区医保支付协议的进一步完善提供参考。

It teases setting mechanism of health insurance payment agreements in Taiwan,analyze the applicable situations and implementation methods of various types of agreements.Then it summarizes and gets three reference characteristics form health insurance payment agreements in Taiwan:help reasonable use of health insurance fund which start with the result,use multiple execution methods,keep confidentiallity for the agreement.It combines with the actual situation of mainland areas in our country so as to provide reference for further perfecting health insurance payment agreements in mainland of China.
