摘要
对热轧工艺对Ti-IF钢热轧带钢组织和性能的影响做了一些基础研究。结果表明:Ti-IF钢在高温长时间加热后能够使钢中的Ti(C,N)溶解的更充分,在热轧后表现出更高的屈服强度和屈强比,而终轧温度和终冷温度对Ti-IF钢强度的影响主要由冷却过程中Ti的析出相决定,晶粒尺寸对其强度影响较小;通过对钢带性能的各项异性比较得出,当终轧温度920℃,卷取温度720℃时,轧后钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度在各个方向的性能差异最小,成型性最好。
In this paper,the effect of hot rolling process on the microstructure and properties of Ti-IF steel hot rolled strip is studied.The results show that Ti(C,N)in steel can be more fully dissolved by heating Ti-IF steel at high temperature for a long time,and higher yield strength and yield ratio are showed after hot rolling,the final rolling temperature and the final cooling temperature mainly affect the properties of Ti-IF steel through the precipitation of Ti during cooling,the grain size only has little effect on its strength.The specific comparison of the strip performance shows that when the final rolling temperature is 920℃ and the rolling temperature is 720℃,the difference of yield strength and tensile strength is smallest in each directions and the formability is the best.
