低碳铝镇静钢经模拟彩涂后的抗时效性能研究

摘要 通过模拟三涂三烘彩涂工艺试验,研究了C、N和B含量对低碳铝镇静钢时效性能的影响,从硼化物、BN的析出和晶粒尺寸的大小分析了产生影响的原因。结果表明,当C含量为0.02%~0.05%、N含量≤0.005%时,C、N间隙原子越多,镀锌板经模拟彩涂后的抗时效性越差;通过添加0.0015%~0.0050%B元素,C、N间隙原子被固化,减少了间隙原子对应力-应变过程中的钉扎作用,提升了钢板的抗时效性能。 The effects of C,N and B contents on the aging properties of low carbon Al killed steel were studied by simulating three coating and three drying process.The reason of the influence is analyzed from the precipitation and grain size of boride and BN.The results show that when the carbon content is 0.02%~0.05% and the nitride content is ≤0.005%,the more interstitial C and N atoms there are,the worse the aging resistance of galvanized sheet after color coating;by adding0.001 5%~0.005 0% B element,the C and N interstitial atoms can be fixed,the pinning effect of interstitial atoms in the stress-strain process can be reduced,and the aging resistance of galvanized sheet can be improved.
