摘要
围绕着目前严峻钢铁形势下降本增效的精益生产理念,依据安钢1550酸洗冷连轧机组乳化液系统的使用情况,从降低轧机乳化液的消耗出发,对乳化液系统的工艺控制、生产操作以及磁过滤器、撇油器的使用维护等进行了深入、系统的研究,将乳化液的吨钢消耗从由0.45 kg/t降低到目前的0.35 kg/t左右,大大降低了生产成本。
Based on the idea of TQCM under the current situation of iron and steel,according to the use of emulsion system of 1550 pickling cold rolling mill in Anyang Steel,the process control,production operation,and the magnetic filter,oil skimmer maintenance of emulsion system are deeply studied from reducing the consumption of the mill emulsion,it greatly reduces the steel consumption of emulsion from 0.45 kg/t to about 0.35 kg/t,thus greatly reduces the production cost.
