摘要
在公共管理的发展变革过程中,绩效考核作为一项重要的管理工具,在其中发挥了重要作用。目前,绩效考核已经被引入医疗行业,作为行政部门对医疗机构进行监督、管理、引导的重要手段。该文对公立医院绩效考核涉及到的目的、结果应用、内容和方法等进行了理论探讨,同时结合三级公立医院绩效考核的具体工作分析了公立医院绩效考核的实践应用情况。
In the process of development and reform of public management,performance appraisal has played an important role in it as an important management tool.At present,performance appraisal has been introduced into the medical industry as an important means for administrative departments to supervise,manage,and guide medical institutions.This article discusses the purpose,application of results,content and methods involved in the performance appraisal of public hospitals.At the same time,it analyzes the practical application of the performance appraisal of public hospitals in combination with the specific work of the performance appraisal of three-level public hospitals.
