2014—2019年浙江省某三级综合医院医院感染现患率调查

Survey on the Prevalence of Nosocomial Infection in a Tertiary General Hospital in Zhejiang Province from 2014 to 2019

目的了解2014—2019年浙江省某三级综合医院医院感染现状、主要感染部位、病原体分布等情况。方法通过泽信医院感染监测系统,对调查当日该院所有住院患者进行调查。结果2014—2019年共调查住院患者14164例,发生医院感染365例,年均现患率为2.58%。不同年份间医院感染现患率有波动,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);下呼吸道感染每年均位于医院感染部位顺位表首位,2014—2019年共141例,占全部感染病例的35.79%曰共检出病原菌282株,其中革兰阳性菌44株,革兰阴性菌200株,真菌38株。结论该医院医院感染现患率水平呈逐年降低趋势,感染部位以下呼吸道为主,检出病原体以革兰阴性杆菌最为常见.

Objective To understand the status of nosocomial infection,main infection sites,and pathogen distribution in a tertiary general hospital in Zhejiang Province from 2014 to 2019.Methods Through the Zexin Hospital Infection Surveillance System,all inpatients in the hospital were investigated on the day of the investigation.Results A total of 14164 hospitalized patients were investigated from 2014 to 2019,and 365 cases of nosocomial infection occurred,with an average annual prevalence rate of 2.58%.The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection fluctuated in different years,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);lower respiratory tract infection ranks first in the ranking list of nosocomial infection sites every year,with a total of 141 cases from 2014 to 2019,accounting for 35.79%of all infections;a total of 282 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected,including 44 gram-positive bacteria,200 gram-negative bacteria,and 38 fungi.Conclusion The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in this hospital is decreasing year by year.The infection is mainly below the respiratory tract,and the most common pathogens detected are Gram-negative bacilli.
