作为可持续发展模式与医院管理理念,研究型医院不仅是改革重点,还是助力新医改的引擎,因此,研究型医院的发展获得社会各界广泛关注。受到研究型大学办学理念和成功实践的启发,提出了建设研究型医院理念,研究型医院将新医学知识与新医疗技术产生作为使命,临床和科研并举,持续提升临床技术水平。该文对研究型医院定义及特征作了分析,提出研究型医院发展战略对策,为大型三甲综合性医院建设研究型医院提供有效参考。

As a sustainable development model and hospital management concept,research hospitals are not only the focus of reform,but also the engine of new medical reform.Therefore,the development of research hospitals has received widespread attention from all walks of life.Inspired by the concept and successful practice of the research university,the concept of building a research hospital is proposed.The research hospital takes the generation of new medical knowledge and new medical technology as its mission,and simultaneously promotes clinical and scientific research,and continuously improves the level of clinical technology.This article analyzes the definition and characteristics of research hospitals,and proposes strategies for the development of research hospitals,which provides an effective reference for the construction of research hospitals in large-scale tertiary general hospitals.
