差错管理模式对血站采供血服务水平及血液质量的影响

The Influence of Error Management Mode on the Service Level and Blood Quality of Blood Collection and Supply in Blood Stations

目的探讨差错管理模式对血站采供血服务水平及血液质量的影响。方法该血站于2019年2月开始,在血站管理工作中开始实施差错管理模式。以差错管理模式实施前2018年2月一2019年1月期间的采供血服务工作为对照组-以差错管理模式实施后2019年2月一2020年1月期间的采供血服务工作作为研究组。对比两组采供血工作中解冻破袋、脂肪血、血液渗漏以及意外伤害等差错事件的发生率,统计两组采供血者对血站服务质量的满意度和服务投诉情况,比较两组中血液样本的异常报废情况。结果研究组的差错事件的发生率为0.89%,低于对照组的2.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中的采供血者对血站服务质量的满意度高于对照组,服务投诉发生率和血液样本的异常报废率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论差错管理模式有助于减少血站采供血服务中的工作差错,提升采供血服务水平,保障血液质量。

Objective To explore the impact of error management mode on the service level and blood quality of blood collection and supply in blood stations.Methods The blood station started in February 2019,and the error management model was implemented in the management of the blood station.The blood collection and supply service during the period from February 2018 to January 2019 before the implementation of the error management model was used as the control group,and the blood collection and supply service during the period from February 2019 to January 2020 after the implementation of the error management model was used as the study group.The incidence of thawing broken bags,fatty blood,blood leakage,and accidental injuries in the blood collection and supply work of the two groups were compared,and the two groups of blood collection and donors'satisfaction with the service quality of the blood station and service complaints were compared,as well as the abnormal scrapping of blood samples.Results The incidence of error events in the study group was 0.89%,which was lower than 2.70%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood collection and donors in the study group were more satisfied with the service quality of the blood station than the control group,and the incidence of service complaints and the abnormal rejection rate of blood samples were lower than the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The error management model is helpful to reduce work errors in blood collection and supply services at blood stations,improve the level of blood collection and supply services,and ensure blood quality.
