随着时代的进步、发展,人们素质水平的提升,人们开始了解到无偿献血所具有的重要现实意义,越来越多的健康群体开始加入到这一行列中,从而确保了我国医疗卫生行业血液需求量,也进一步推动力我国公益事业的发展,属于现目前我国公共医疗卫生事业发展的重点遥由于无偿献血事业不存在所谓的营利性质-使得管理无偿献血志愿服务队的难度相对较高,而为了确保医疗机构用血质量,对于志愿服务队的要求也会较高。鉴于此,选择何种方式进一步促进无偿献血事业的发展,成为了当前研究的侧重点。全球范围内,无偿献血事业的良好发展均对维持社会和谐、稳定具有积极意义,因西方医疗较早便开展了关于无偿献血志愿服务队相关研究,并取得了一定成效。我国相对于这类医疗条件发达的国家而言起步更晚,所以在发展进程中,应总结、分析他国的研究经验,再结合我国现实实情,建立一支较为稳定的无偿献血志愿者队伍。该次研究分析大学生无偿献血志愿服务队管理的重要性,旨在通过总结大学生无偿献血志愿服务队管理方式、对策,为我国无偿献血事业的发展打下坚实的基础。

With the progress and development of the times and the improvement of people's quality level,people have begun to understand the important practical significance of unpaid blood donation,and more and more healthy groups have begun to join this rank,thus ensuring our country's medical care demand for blood in the health industry,has also further promoted the development of our country's public welfare undertakings,which is currently the focus of the development of our country's public medical and health undertakings.Since the so-called profit-making nature of the unpaid blood donation business does not exist,it is relatively difficult to manage the voluntary blood donation team.In order to ensure the quality of blood used by medical institutions,the requirements for the voluntary service team will also be higher.In view of this,the choice of which way to further promote the development of the cause of unpaid blood donation has become the focus of current research.Globally,the sound development of the cause of unpaid blood donation is of positive significance for maintaining social harmony and stability.Because Western medical care has carried out relevant research on voluntary blood donation teams earlier and has achieved certain results.Compared with countries with developed medical conditions,our country started later.Therefore,in the development process,it is essential to summarize and analyze the research experience of other countries,and combine our country's actual conditions to establish a relatively stable team of voluntary blood donation volunteers.This study will analyze the importance of the management of the voluntary blood donation team of college students,and aims to lay a solid foundation for the better development of the cause of voluntary blood donation in our country by summarizing the management methods and countermeasures of the college student voluntary blood donation team.
