Application and Management Practice of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Treatment Model in Hospital

目的探讨医院多学科协作治疗模式在肿瘤患者治疗中价值。方法选取2020年1-10月区间接收80例肿瘤患者研究,分为对照组(常规治疗模式管理)40例、观察组(医院多学科协作治疗模式管理),比较两组临床指标、医疗服务质量、管理效果。结果观察组术后进食时间(4.11±1.21)h、肛门首次排气时间(4.31±1.26)h、住院时间(14.02±2.11)d、住院费用(5.01±1.14)万元低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医疗服务质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院多学科协作治疗模式在肿瘤患者管理中疗效确切,可明显改善其医疗服务质量,亦可提高其管理效果,解决既往“看病难看病贵”等问题,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the value of the hospital's multidisciplinary collaborative treatment model in the management of cancer patients.Methods Selected the interval from January to October 2020 to receive 80 tumor patients for the study,40 patients as the control group(conventional mode treatment management),and 40 patients as the observation group(multidisciplinary hospital collaborative mode treatment management),compared two groups of clinical indicators,medical service quality,management effect.Results The postoperative eating time(4.11±1.21)h,anal first exhaust time(4.31±1.26)h,hospitalization time(14.02±2.11)d and hospitalization expenses(5.01±1.14)yuan ten thousand of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of medical services in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital's multidisciplinary collaborative treatment model has a definite effect in the management of cancer patients.It can significantly improve the quality of medical services and improve the management effect.It is worth learning to solve the problems of"difficult and expensive medical treatment"in the past.
