摘要
目的探究在新生儿科临床带教中应用规范化带教的效果。方法选取2015年12月一2019年12月该院新生儿科接纳实习生50名作为研究对象,使用计算机抽号分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25),对照组应用常规讲授式模式带教,观察组应用规范化带教,对比两组实习生带教前后理论基础考核得分、实际操作考核得分、仪器使用考核得分,并采用自制满意度问卷对实习生带教方式满意度进行分析。结果观察组实习生带教前理论基础考核得分、实际操作考核得分、仪器使用考核得分与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组实习生带教后理论基础考核得分、实际操作考核得分、仪器使用考核得分均有所提升,且观察组实习生带教后理论基础考核得分、实际操作考核得分、仪器使用考核得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生带教方式满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿科临床带教中,应用规范化带教可有效丰富实习生理论基础,提升其实际操作能力,利于快速适应工作岗位,且实习生对带教方式满意度高,值得大力推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized teaching in clinical teaching of neonatology.Methods From December 2015 to December 2019,50 interns in the department of neonatology of the hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group(n=25)and an observation group(n=25)using a computer.The control group used routine lecture-style teaching.Standardized teaching was used in the observation group.The two groups of interns were compared before and after the teaching by theoretical basis assessment scores,actual operation assessment scores,and instrument use assessment scores,and a self-made satisfaction questionnaire was used to obtain satisfaction with the teaching method of internships.Results The observation group's pre-teaching theoretical basis assessment scores,practical operation assessment scores,and instrument use assessment scores were compared with those of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the two groups of interns were taught theoretical basis assessment scores,practical operation assessment scores,appraisal scores for instrument use had improved,and the scores of theoretical basis assessment,practical operation assessment,and instrument use assessment scores of the observation group interns after teaching were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's interns'satisfaction with teaching methods was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical t eaching of neonatology,the application of standardized teaching can effectively enrich the theoretical basis of interns,improve their practical ability,and facilitate rapid adaptation to the job.In addition,interns are highly satisfied with the teaching method,which is worthy of promotion and application.
