微信联合传统带教方式在重症监护室护理带教中的应用

摘要 目的探究微信联合传统带教方式在重症监护室护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月一2019年9月50名该院重症监护室实习护士作为该次研究的观察对象,按照单双号分组原则,将50名实习护士分为两个学习小组。对照组25名实习护士接受传统带教方式学习,观察组25名实习护士接受微信辅助带教模式联合传统带教方式进行学习,对比两组实习护士的出勤率、综合成绩评分以及教学满意度。结果接受不同带教模式后,观察组实习护士的出勤率为100.0%,明显高于对照组实习护士的出勤率76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护士的理论知识、临床操作能力、应急处理能力、综合实践评分均高于对照组实习护士的成绩评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度为96.0%、对照组教学满意度为68.0%,两组实习护士的教学满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微信辅助模式与传统带教模式结合能够有效地提高重症监护室护理带教效果,帮助实习护士尽快掌握理论知识,强化临床操作能力和应急处理反应,增强实习护士的综合实力,是一项值得积极推广的临床带教应用. Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat combined with traditional teaching method in nursing teaching in intensive care unit.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,fifty trainee nurses in the intensive care unit of the hospital were selected as the observation objects of this study.According to the principle of odd and even number grouping,50 trainee nurses were divided into two studying group.In the control group,25 trainee nurses received traditional teaching methods,and 25 trainee nurses in the observation group received WeChat-assisted teaching mode combined with traditional teaching methods.The attendance rate,comprehensive performance score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of trainee nurses were compared.Results After receiving different teaching modes,the attendance rate of the trainee nurses in the observation group was 100.0%significantly higher than the attendance rate of the trainee nurses in the control group was 76.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the trainee ability nurses in the observation group had all scores of theoretical knowledge,clinical operations ability,emergency treatment ability,and comprehensive practice,higher than the scores of the practice nurses in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's teaching satisfaction rate was 96.0%,and the control group's teaching satisfaction rate was 68.0%.There was a statistically significant difference in the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intensive care practice nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining the WeChat assistant mode with the traditional teaching mode can effectively improve the effectiveness of nursing teaching in the intensive care unit,help trainee nurses to master theoretical knowledge as soon as possible,strengthen clinical operation ability and emergency response,and enhance the comprehensive strength of trainee nurses.It is a clinical teaching application,worthy of active promotion.
