妇产科医生带教中目标管理教学法应用效果探究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究目标管理教学法应用于妇产科医生带教中的效果。方法随机选取2016年12月一2019年12月该院妇产科接收实习医生60名作为研究对象,使用计算机抽号分为对照组(n=30)以及观察组(n=30),对照组以常规讲授法带教,观察组以目标管理教学法带教,对比两组实习医生带教前后理论基础知识掌握度、实际诊疗能力以及学习积极性,并采用自制满意度调查问卷对实习医生关于带教方式满意度进行分析。结果两组实习医生带教前理论基础知识掌握度、实际诊疗能力得分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组实习医生带教后理论基础知识掌握度、实际诊疗能力得分均得以提升,且观察组实习医生带教后理论基础知识掌握度、实际诊疗能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习医生学习积极性、对带教方式满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科医生带教中,应用目标管理教学法可有效提升实习医生学习积极性,丰富理论基础,提升实际诊疗能力,利于其快速上岗,且对带教方式满意度高,值得大力推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of goal management teaching method used in the teaching of obstetricians and gynecologists.Methods A random selection of 60 interns from the department of obstetrics and gynecology in the hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30)using a computer to draw numbers.The control group was taught by the conventional teaching method,and the observation group was taught by the goal management method.The two groups of interns were compared before and after the teaching of theoretical basic knowledge,actual diagnosis and treatment capabilities,and learning enthusiasm.Analysised of satisfaction with teaching methods.Results The comparison between the two groups of interns in the theoretical basic knowledge mastery and actual diagnosis and treatment ability scores was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the two groups of interns were taught in the theoretical basic knowledge mastery and actual diagnosis and treatment ability scores were improved,and the scores of theoretical basic knowledge mastery and actual diagnosis and treatment ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's interns learning enthusiasm and matching leadership satisfaction with teaching methods was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology doctors,the application of goal management teaching method can effectively improve the enthusiasm of interns,enrich the theoretical basis,improve the actual diagnosis and treatment capabilities,facilitate their rapid induction,and have high satisfaction with the teaching method,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
