以器官-系统为中心的整合课程在神经内科实习带教中的应用

摘要 随着现代医学的飞速发展,对医学的认识需要采用整体统一的观念已逐渐成为人们的共识。然而在医学教育上,传统的三段式教学模式不利于培养学生对器官系统的整体认知,已经难以适应现代医学的发展,尤其是在神经内科专科医生的培养方面。因此,医学教育改革的呼声日益高涨,其中以器官-系统为中心的整合课程是一种新型的教学模式,将基础学科和临床学科中同一器官系统的知识点整体化,打破学科界限,令学生对器官系统有更深刻认识,更好地服务于临床,为医学教育改革提供一个新方向。该文总结分析以器官系统为中心的整合课程在神经内科实习带教中的应用情况. With the rapid development of modern medicine,it has gradually become a consensus among people that the understanding of medicine needs to adopt a unified concept.However,in medical education,the traditional three-stage teaching model is not conducive to cultivating students'overall cognition of the organ system,and it has been difficult to adapt to the development of modern medicine,especially in the training of neurology specialists.Therefore,the call for medical education reform is increasing.The organ-system-centered integrated curriculum is a new type of teaching model that integrates the knowledge points of the same organ system in basic and clinical disciplines,breaking the boundaries of disciplines,and encouraging students have a deeper understanding of the organ system,better serve the clinic,and provide a new direction for medical education reform.This article summarizes and analyzes the application of organ system-centered integrated courses in neurology practice teaching.
